Thing 23
The Big Take Away is that I have created a blog and spent hours playing, listening, downloading, bookmarking, and embedding on the computer. I am still trying to figure out how I can make my font look different on my post, and how to have spaces since when I hit publish, it smashes it all together. I still have plenty to learn.
PodCast Thing 19

Book Talk Quick and Simple is a great idea for the library to be added to a blog or website. The librarian can read the review or better yet the students could read his/her review.
Hummingbird Slide Show Thing 18
Hummingbird from Hatice Oncel
I chose this slide show because it was created for the classroom, and I love hummingbirds.

Yoga for Kids - Paschima Uttanasana
This video gives students a chance to relax and stretch for one minute.
Posting the Cave for Number 8
Checked out Flickr extras and loved many pictures that turned out to be Rights Reserved, so I chose one of my own monochromatic pictures from Lewis and Clark Caverns.

Hiding
Here's our baby Kiley hiding in the bushes. She loves the snow and still jumps around and eats it.
Mullan Pass Tunnel
Here's a little something for all the train enthusiasts! MRL coming through the Mullan Pass Tunnel just west of Helena, MT. The kids are way cuter than the train, but I'm completely biased.
Thing 4
OK. So now I am learning about RSS and go to the google reader to find out that google reader will be retiring tomorrow. That's right folks. In 2 hours it will be no more.
Post It Two
As an educator, I liked several of the ideas such as the historical timeline, finding the places where each child went for the summer using google earth, or starting a book review blog.

First One
Greetings from Montana!
Blogging is all new to me. I hope this is simple. This is a cedar waxwing sitting on our Mountain Ash Tree right outside our sliding back door.| Lunchtime |
